Your induction includes:

• Structured onboarding - our onboarding portal provides a one-stop shop for policies, procedures, induction information, employee benefits and team information.
• Immediate support - guidance and support from colleagues to ensure you integrate quickly into your team
• Focus on safety and wellbeing - Health & Safety and Safeguarding are prioritised and training covered within your first few weeks
• Key resources - on your first day you'll have access to all required systems and facilities so that you can hit the ground running
• Ongoing training - during your induction you will receive a blend of face to face and online training with regular CPD opportunities throughout your career
• Regular reviews - during your induction period you'll have regular, scheduled reviews where you can discuss your progress and any support needs.
